3. Services & Engagements
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any service engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply in conjunction with any such agreement.
Service Scope
Streamline Logik provides the following categories of services:
- Workflow automation design and implementation (using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, and n8n)
- AI integration, including chatbot deployment and AI-assisted tool development
- Custom dashboard and internal tool development
- Automation strategy, auditing, and consulting
Any service not explicitly described in a signed SOW is outside scope and may be quoted separately.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued as specified in the project agreement, typically upon milestone completion or on a monthly retainer basis.
- Payment due: Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments: Overdue invoices may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Suspension: We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any engagement where payment is more than 30 days overdue.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to the platforms, credentials, and data required to complete agreed work
- Designate a point of contact with authority to review and approve deliverables
- Provide timely feedback within agreed review windows (typically 5 business days)
- Ensure that any third-party tools or subscriptions required for the project are active and accessible
Delays caused by client inaction may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Streamline Logik.
6. Intellectual Property
Client-Owned Materials
Any data, content, brand assets, or proprietary information provided by the client remains the client's property at all times.
Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, Streamline Logik assigns to the client all rights to custom-developed deliverables (code, automations, documentation) created specifically for that engagement, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
Our Tools & Methods
Streamline Logik retains all rights to its proprietary processes, templates, frameworks, and general know-how. Nothing in a project engagement grants the client a license to our internal systems or methodologies beyond what is delivered as part of the agreed scope.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared in the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Third-Party Platforms & Tools
Many of our services involve configuring and connecting third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Retool, Cal.com, ChatGPT, Claude Code). Streamline Logik is not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, terms changes, or performance of any third-party platform. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions to required tools.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
Streamline Logik warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that:
- Automations or tools will be error-free or operate without interruption indefinitely
- Specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue increases, cost savings) will be achieved
- Third-party platforms will remain available or maintain the same features over time
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable SOW. In the absence of a specific notice period, 14 days written notice applies. Upon termination:
- All fees for work completed to date become immediately due and payable
